I am taking the risk and going out on my own!
I was able to secure the nice room and office space and I will need 1 month's rent + the 1st month's rent for a deposit by Saturday! I'm close to it but could really use some extra help so I don't have to dip into emergency/ tax funds since I've done enough with how rough it's been this year.
