(The system for this weekend's thing is very orange, even the grass on the planet the quest points you to. I had some fun poking around other people's bases.

A notable base was "Weekend Base Free Farm." No idea who built it, but the farm borg cube is really neat! I think they glitch-built a cube of floors and snapped the farms that way? Either way I kind of want to try something like this.)

One of the quicksilver missions sent me to this absolutely stunning orange planet. I think these are steadily becoming my favourite worlds in all of No Man’s Sky. I can’t get over how beautifully the hues all blend together, especially on such a strange topographical planet.

An actual destroyed base for my base archive. This base shows off what most of my one-off/temporary bases look like, basically just a shack for the teleporter. I destroyed this one because I already have one in the same system. There's a save beacon in this spot if I ever decide to rebuild there.

My portal base for Aptarkaba Galaxy. I loved the ruins and color of this planet. So much so I spent more time adding onto the portal then the actual base. I don't visit it much, but it's a gorgeous planet.
