According to his notes when his brother died about a year ago his personality changed drastically. They reached out to rescues for help and ultimately ended up bringing him to the shelter. Their hope was for him to be adopted but thus far the shelter has not been able to handle him and he is currently in the feral room. For Curio to make it out he needs a committed foster so a rescue can help. Curio won’t get much more time so he is very urgent.
