Yay 😊 new Hook figure arrived safely. I don't have a lot of AEW figures, but that's ok. Orange can hang out with two Hooks, the lucky guy.

The new FTW title won't lay flat because of how it was looped around Hook's shoulder lol

We all know it's pretty rare to see HOOK have his own solo path- half of the time, he usually is paired up with someone or a group...so we figured he'll eventually start his singles run soon, right?

But he really got us with, "I think it's time for HOOK to stand on his own...or maybe not."

Orange found him on accident. All he did was enter the wrong room. He almost stepped out, but he saw the backpack on the table, and when he looked he found Hook sitting against the wall, eyes closed.

Orange nudged him with his foot. “Hey.”

Hook kept his eyes closed, but swallowed. “Hey.”

“You okay?”

Hook sighed, brought his knees up to his chest and buried his face in them. “No.”

Orange sat down next to him. He didn’t say anything. Just waited.

Finally, Hook cracked. “I still can’t see right,” he admitted. “Everything’s blurry in one eye.”

“And you don’t want to tell people,” Orange guessed.

It was a correct guess, because Hook finally opened his eyes. They don’t look any different, but Hook was squinting, which told Orange enough.

“I couldn’t even read a fucking menu earlier,” Hook groaned. “I just told the lady to give me what Action ordered, and it was so bad I wanted to punch him for ordering a shitty meal for himself.”

Orange nodded. “You need someone to be your eyes?”

Hook squinted even more, somehow. “Are you offering?”

Orange shrugged. “Only if you want it to be an offering.”

Hook took in a few breath and then finally sighed. “Yeah,” he finally said. “Yeah. That’d uh, that’d be really nice. Thank you.”
