@orangeiguanas4 Yes! There were a few songs that felt like missed opportunities. We wanted people to put their own spin and artistic uniqueness on these tracks. Some went for pretty straight-up covers and were inevitably outsang by Leslie, Phillippa and Renee. Jill went in there and made that a Jill Scott song and it’s so dope.

Fair enough. Ultimately I think it should be up to each individual reader to decide how Baker defines herself (if at all), depending on what makes the most sense to you the reader.

Yes and no. It's an emotionally exhausting profession with extreme highs and lows.

Never say never, but I'm not working on that anytime soon. Buuuuuuut my dear friend Caitlin is writing a Haker college fic right now! So everyone should totally go peer pressure her to finish it and then write like 17 more.
How come nobody is asking all about college Haker? I wanna know everything. Their majors, how they get along with their roommates, if they make friends that seem to be doppelgangers of the six-pack, what organizations they join, etc. etc.
Oh gosh, Cait - I'm still figuring it all out! I daydream about it sometimes.
Majors - I believe Baker would be pre-vet, or maybe psychology. Hannah would be literature or history or one of the humanities - perhaps she's pre-teaching (in which case, what was your major, Cait? :)). They both get along with their roommates (and each other's roommates) famously. New friends would not be doppelgangers of the six-pack, I don't think - I believe they'd be refreshingly new (not that I don't love J, W, C, and L). Student orgs - I still debate whether or not Baker would be in a sorority.
Can you ask your GSA students what their theories about this are? Lol.
