*:･ﾟ♥ had things ever hurt like this? since when did her eyes gain immunity to watch the sunset? now, out of all times ... how could it happen? that’s why her head is down; indigo hues never glancing away from the solid ground way beneath her feet. Axel told her maybe sitting here & think things through would make it feel better ... but why wasn’t it working with her? if anything ... it was giving her a headache.

          that’s when a sound from behind makes her head turn to the columns leading to the front of the clock tower. without any sign of hesitation, the princess voices:     ❝ Who’s there ? ❞

❝    i  don’t  think  we’ve  had  this  flavor  yet .    ❞    a  curious  observation    ,    legs  criss - crossed  on  the  sand  as  the  waves  lap  at  the  shore  just   a  few  feet  ahead .     ❝    what  flavor  did  he  say  this  was  again    ?    ❞    they  had  been  slowly  working  through  all  of  the  flavors  together    ,    finding  out  which  was  good  and  which  was not .    though    ,    she  will  always  be  partial  to  sea  salt .

“ hey! wait --- i know how to skateboard! i did it just last year! ”   but for the third time in as many minutes, sora tries to flip the board under his feet while in the air --- and fails, the board clattering sideways on the ground while he stumbles and barely lands on his two feet. oh c’mon!   “ there’s gotta be somethin’ wrong with this board or somethin’! ”

fixes a cute little pink bow in his hair-- a masterpiece !

          needless to say,  he’s uncomfortable with the fact roxas has the same mirror image he seems to dislike  ...  however,  allowing him to dress his ponytail up in a bow allows him to forget those sharp eyes and tense emotions that he fixates on.  when roxas is all done,  he gently shakes his ponytail out and turns around.  ❛  Well,  aren’t you just a sweet kid.  ❜

      ❝ ... don’t be mad ... ❞       maybe a poor way of starting things off, but if the bandages weren’t enough to prove his already WELL DESERVED punishment —— well then roxas may have a point in being more upset . but how could he be mad, when it was really a compliment ! sora wasn’t the greatest skateboarder ( he was more a rollerblades guy ) but the other made it look so easy ; with fluid motions and expert precession in each flip . was it truly his fault that he just wanted some practice ? 

       sora could feel the sense of dread, SHARPENED EYES already bearing in the guilt to the scatter of scrapes and bruises across sora’s arms , dragging his hands down his cheeks before caving in . ❝ okay so I MAY have ... taken your skateboard, i-i just wanted to try a few tricks ! but ... there was a ...crack in the gravel and ... i sort of just — “ he sailed his hand over the over, whistling at his expense as he twisted his lips .  ❞ then uh — your board ... broke. “ swiftly hands rose outstretched, prepared to defend himself . 

       ❝ i-i can get you another one ! i’m sorry ! ❞

                   ❝      Do    you    EVER    say    ANYTHING,      kid     ???      ❞       Larxene    snapped    at    the    poor    thing    without    providing    any    prior    warning    that    she    had    even    been    LOOKING    in    his    direction.      When    she    had    found    out    a    child    was    joining    their    ranks,     two   thoughts    occurred    to    her.      The    first    was    that    she    would   be    ANNOYED    by    the    presence    of    the    damned    kid.      The    second    had    been     maybe    a    little    thing    might    ACTUALLY    bring    some    life    to    the    castle.      The    FIRST    THOUGHT    proved    itself    to    be    the    most    accurate    though    it    wasn’t    because    Roxas    was    LOUD    AND    UNRULY.      Quite    the    opposite.     Roxas    was    nothing.     Just    THERE,      like    the    rest    of    them.      ❝      Ugh.      You    give    me    the    CREEPS.      ❞
