18. Do you title your fics before, during, or after the writing process? How do you come up with titles?

Typically right as I'm posting them, especially for shorter stuff. I have a superstition against titling them too early as if giving them names will make me lose interest in finishing them

57. Do you prefer editing as you write, or waiting until it’s finished?

Little bit of both. I'll reread when I'm stuck on a bit, and edit as I do that, then look it over once more before posting.

65. Tell us about what you’re most looking forward to writing – in your current project, or a future project

Just. Everything about the rest of my Leverage!Michael series, which I have not been working on at all recently but I think about all the time. I'm up to Beard's wedding to Jane in the second part and looking forward to throwing her in jail a week later for a bunch of crimes, only a few of which she actually committed.

I have a Jade/Simi fic that I will write eventually and it will be so self-indulgent.

14. Is there a character/ship you were so sure you would never write but now you've changed your mind?

Allison and Isaac from Teen Wolf. When I watched Teen Wolf for the first time I was so confused as to why the writers went there but by the end of the season, I was hooked. Their brief scenes in daydreams of nightthings are some of my favorites.

oooooh. okay, so i absolutely HATE james tartt sr. (as we know), but here are three things that i like about him:

jk jk LMAO. sorry. there is nothing about that man i enjoy. for zava, a character that i actually DO have vague feelings of loathing for, i will admit that he is a) funny af, b) king of strange metaphorical journeys, and c) the perfect height that him being punched in the face would be hilarious.

UGH. I DON'T KNOW. ALL OF THE FICS THAT Y'ALL PUT OUT ARE WISH FULFILLMENT ON A REGULAR BASIS. turning away from ted lasso to focus on daredevil for a moment, i would absolutely adore a qpr matt&foggy fic, and i think that my beloved @altschmerzes would shrimply be perfect for this.

Wip words: glare, hold, ring, mirror, and/or eye

Happy Valentines day!

Hold:

It wasn’t his boyfriend’s normal scene but Michael had agreed to come for a bit. The club would be dark enough, the rules about paparazzi in this venue strict enough, that they could hold hands and maybe makeout somewhere private.

Ring:

At least that’s what Isaac thinks. Until Colin’s phone starts ringing with a call from his sister and he leaps out of the hot tub to go answer it in private (poor Laney has been going through a divorce) which leaves Michael and Isaac alone. 

Mirror: (I think I've posted this before but it's my only mirror)

While Isaac is by no means a shy person, his best mate’s house has freaked him out since Colin bought it a few months into their first year with Richmond. He doesn't like how exposed just standing next to a wall of solid glass makes him feel. And he doesn’t like how the whole thing becomes a mirror at night. When Isaac straightens from getting a beer from the minifridge he can see what’s behind him as clear as if he was looking at it directly. Colin has stolen Isaac’s spot, his normal seat, and sits close enough to Michael that their shoulders touch. Especially when Colin starts getting really into the game and moving to imitate his character. Elbows knock together when Michael leans far forward in concentration.

Eye:

When Michael crashes into him, he’s probably just going for a hug. But just like at Ola’s that first time Colin introduced Michael to the team, his body leaves his mind behind and instinctively urges him closer. Their eyes meet and then they’re kissing. On the pitch after a win. Just like he’s dreamed since he was a boy.

OUUUGH. ALL RIGHT. from the ending where you finally find your way home:

so uh. jamie's been transformed suddenly back into his 23-year-old self in the middle of his retirement party. he is a very very public figure. his abrupt de-aging is Not classified news (they try to keep it under wraps. it doesn't work). enter?

james tartt senior.

one thing that happened in the ten years that jamie now hasn't lived is that he completely cut contact with his dad. they have not seen each other in six years. but now? jamie doesn't remember doing that, and he can't allow himself to accept that he never has to be in the same room as his dad ever again, because the thought is fucking terrifying. and the team is trying to teach him that it's okay, he's safe, and it is just beginning to sink in when, in the midst of this confusion, james tartt senior decides that he can use this as an opportunity to get close to jamie again.

CUE A LOT OF PAIN. SORRY.
