Jean Canappe (Philiatros); Alchemical symbols from “Natura Exenterata” (1655)
A combination of the alchemical symbols for blood and earth at the center of Count Orlok’s sigil (designed by Robert Eggers)
“In the ‘blood is the life’ pronounced the ancient prophets, and this “most peculiar essence” (Goethe) is in truth the mirror of the microcosm […] medium betwixt the body and the soul […]’ blood is the vehicle of the breath […] the life-giving principle. […] Blood is the most powerful of magical agents, for as Paracelsus writes, one is enabled with its fumes to call forth any spirit desired […] He who possesses the blood controls the man. For this reason the necromancers signed their pacts ith this divine fluid and employed it in the practice of their infernal rites. […] ‘The circulation of Life, Prana, through the body is by way of the blood. It is the vital principle in us’ […].
To science, blood ‘is the fluid medium from which all the tissues of the body are nourished’ […] The consciousness of man was released through the blood […] blood and brotherhood […] blood tie—the tie of the blood soul […] In the Mysteries, the blood tie was used as a method of transmitting knowledge. The unspeakable wisdom, the unpronounceable word, and other secrets which could not be communicated but which ‘if spoken, vanished away’, were entrusted to the blood […] the subconscious mind be regarded as an aspect of the ancestral blood record […].
[…] cannibalistic peoples of drinking the blood of heroic warriors in order to gain strength [...] mingling [blood] […] [blood] bond which continued until death, for each man possessed within himself a small part of the "soul" of the other. The conditions requisite for telepathic communication, mental exchange of ideas, or communication at a great distance were thus established. The true apostolic succession is a blood succession, the perpetuation of a purpose or an idea through the blood […] Christ is described as performing the blood testament symbolically through the wine of the Last Supper […] Christ lived in them because His blood was in them […] "Blood is the first incarnation of the universal fluid […] The universal substance, with its double motion, is the great arcanum of being; blood is the great arcanum of life.”
— Manly Palmer Hall; “Man: The Grand Symbol of the Mysteries” (1947)
Blood, in Alchemy, is also connected to the final stage of the “Magnum Opus”, “Rubedo”; when the Philosopher's stone is created, bestowing the cure to all diseases and immortality.
5 Steps of a Global Meditation 🧘🏽🌍
1) feel your body & the earth underneath
2) feel your long relaxed & coherent breath
3) feel your heart & activate your inner light in the heart and connect it with each living being
4) feel & see your own inner vision of peace in the world
5) just be & let it manifest
World peace through self-peace 🤍

Qi (chi) or Prana can be translated into life force; the air we breathe is the source of our living energy.⠀
⠀
There are other sources of energy as well like food, meditation, and rest, but breathing correctly can give you steady energy throughout the day or a a quick boost when you most need it.⠀
⠀
Unfortunately, most people ignore their breathing and take for granted it’s working properly, but our way of breathing is also a reflection of our accumulated patterns and it needs to be reprogrammed and trained.⠀
⠀
Just like changing your patterns can change your breathing, changing your breathing can also change your chemistry and health.⠀
⠀
Breathe consciously. It’s the best gift you can give to yourself.

"Prana" is one of those words that is very easy to look up the definition of, so I'm gonna direct you to your local search engine (perhaps DuckDuckGo or Qwant) for this one!
My ★★ review of Postman Pat: The Movie (2014) on Letterboxd:
Jeff Bezos would have probably been Patbot 3000's number-one customer.
