That time I met 3 bonafide astronauts & blurted out that they seemed too tall to be sent to space. Then @mopeebs recognized one of them & became starstruck by the NFL player-cum-engineer-cum-astronaut-cum-space educator @leland_melvin. Then Leland and I discovered we both had the same boss - Sally Ride! Only I was at NASA 15 years earlier on #Earthkam & then he joined my program as the director of education. So amazing that I'm meeting someone from NASA who actually worked on Earthkam & is passionate about #spaceeducation #orbitalshift #fost2016 @anousheh_x (at Snug Harbor Cultural Center and Botanical Garden)
