ORBITZ, you suck!!!
This was my feedback on the survey that Orbitz asked me to fill out....I am quite a patient and understanding person, but this was just completely ridiculous!!!
I called today on 3 separate occasions. I am actually on hold right now on my third call been waiting to speak to an agent for the last 26 mins!
First call: The agent was hard to understand. Which made it somewhat frustration trying to change my flight. I also felt that she couldn't fully understand my questions.
Second call: This one was definitely the most frustrating customer service experience I have EVER had. Not only was this agent hard to understand and he couldn't completely understand my questions as well. His information was completely inaccurate. I finally was so frustrated that I asked to speak to a supervisor. The supervisor clarified the information to me regarding fees. And was able to help me find another flight that I can switch to. She then transferred me back to the pervious agent that was assisting me. Bad mistake. Immediately off the bat he was already giving me the wrong information regarding the flight that the supervisor and I had spoke about. When I began to ask further questions, he did not answer my questions because I believe he didn't fully understand me. Not only that, we finally clarified which flight I will be switching to, and it took FOREVER to complete the transaction. I then asked him if I can get an email confirmation of the change. Its been close to 2 hours now and I have still not received anything. I also have gone back on to orbitz.com and noticed that it looks like the flight change is completely WRONG!!!!!! Hence, why I am calling again for the third time today.
Third call: 40 minutes after waiting, I finally am connected with Edmond. Thank freaken goodness, I can understand him!!! I explain the whole situation and he is in complete awe of all the mistakes on my reservation. He tells me its going to be a long process but he will fix it for me. (I am currently on the phone with him now, I am confident he can fix it. But if this goes sour...expect an angry update from me!!!)
I am more that completely disappointed over this entire experience. I have never in my life come across a more frustrating transaction. It is quite a shame because I loved using this site. And I know in the future it will definitely be a last resort for me to ever use again!!!
