Well, it's been a day short of 6 weeks since I got my orchiectomy.

Still have yet to regret it like my parents said I would.

Still have yet to get serious side effects from it.

All I've got is a huge source of dysphoria gone, and no more anxiety about knocking my husband up when we do anything with my parts and his parts.

Sex is a shit load better to the point where I actually started crying the first time I orgasmed post-op.

Absolutely zero regrets.

Also, if you wanted to throw in that if you're choosing to get vaginoplasty, that they won't preform a scrotectomy, but if you aren't they will preform a scrotectomy, as there's an elevated risk of bleeding issues/hematomas if you keep the scrotum

I added the information that you suggested. I had an edible not that long ago because its sleepy time. I can tell you that it was difficult to add this information in a comprehensible way, but I think that it probably went well.
