Person 2: So basically all you do is put your left hand right under the instrument, no, no, NO YOUR WRIST MUST BE STRAIGHT, and then you hold it up-- WHAT ARE YOU DOING NOT ON YOUR CHEST IT MUST BE ON THE SHOULDER-- and then you take the bow, THAT IS NOT HOW YOU HOLD IT YOU NEED YOUR FINGERS TO BE CURVED...

When you wanna be good at violin/viola/cello etc. but you don't wanna practice.
Today in orchestra, us seniors received our piece that we’re playing for our final concert. It’ll be just the varsity seniors. I’m so excited because it’s such a beautiful, yet simple piece, Mountain Spring. (It’s by Barrage, who I had the privilege of playing with in the 7th grade). Well I get home and listen to it and immediately tear and am crying by the time the song ends. I shall be a literal mess at the concert. I just don’t want this to end
