Do you love tater tots?  Have you had Ore Ida tots?  If not, you are missing out!  There are so many options for meals that you can make with this!  My favorite is the nachos with using tots as a base instead of chips.  Go out and get you some!!

Ore-Ida Totchos Breakfast Recipe

Thanks to @influenster​ I got to try out Ore-Ida Tater Tots :) Here is my version of a breakfast recipe using the tater tots that I found on Kraft’s website at http://www.kraftrecipes.com/recipes/appetizers/ORE-IDA-Totchos.aspx?utm_source=influenster

1 32oz package Ore-Ida Tater Tots, baked according to package

8 oz crumbled breakfast sausage, cooked

10 slices bacon, cooked & crumbled

4 eggs, scrambled 

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

salt & pepper to taste

*Put tater tots in a large skillet. Add sausage and bacon and stir. Add scrambled eggs and cheddar cheese and stir until cheese is melted and everything is heated through. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Delicious!

Ore-Ida Totchos

Another product I received in my Jingle Vox Box was a coupon for a bag of Ore-Ida Tots.  Ore-Ida is a trusted brand in the frozen potato world so I was excited to see this.  I don’t buy frozen potatoes often so it was nice to add them to my freezer and I used my coupon in perfect time for the snow storm that gave us 12 inches of snow! 

I decided that I wanted to make breakfast totchos with my tots.  Since I couldn’t get out to the grocery store, I had to use what was available to me.  This happened to include eggs, lots of cheese (cheddar and mozzarella), green peppers, onions, and some ground chorizo sausage.  It was very easy to make what I did was throw the tots in the oven to cook and then sauteed everything else in a pan together.  Once that was done, I threw everything on top of the tots and added cheese and lots of it, and let it cook for a little while longer.  I used sour cream to dip.  These were delicious!

Light, fluffy, and crispy…. Ore-Ida Tater Tots are the best! They have an amazing texture and are my go to carb/side for Frozen dinner nights and fried food nights. I received a coupon for a free bag of Ore-Ida Tater Tots complimentary for testing and review purposes. We joined the #oreidatotchos movement and made delicious tater tot - nachos. just had to share this recipe with ore-ida totchos!

In a large bowl, combine the ore-ida totchos, bacon, 1/2 cup cheese and salt. Spoon into a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. In another large bowl, beat eggs and milk until blended; pour over tot mixture. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 45-50 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. 

Be sure to feature ONLY Ore-Ida® Tater Tots and include "Ore-Ida Totchos" in your title.

So I'm here to review my JVB from Influenster!!! I received these ore-ida tator tots complimentary to test/review. Everything that follows this is my own opinion.

Now that the disclaimer is out of the way, let me share a little totcho recipe with you.

Breakfast Totcho

Ingredients

oreida tator tots

sausage

8 eggs

shredded cheese of your choice (we used a 3 cheese blend)

Directions

Start with cooking your tator tots

While those are cooking, start your sausage

Once your sausage is done, drain it in a bowl with papertowels and set aside.

Next, cook your scrambled eggs (I like to add a dash of milk to mine to make them fluffy.

When your tots are done, pull them out and start layering

Tots, sausage, eggs, then cheese on top

Then place back in the oven for 15 more minutes or until the cheese has melted.

serve hot!

**ketchup or hot sauce pairs PERFECTLY with this.
