There are only three things you need to make this Oreo Fudge, and you don't even need a candy thermometer. It's just what you need to satisfy your sweet tooth!
Ingredients: 2 cups white chocolate chips. 1 can 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk. 20 Oreo cookies, crushed.
Instructions: Line an 8x8 inch 20x20 cm square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until the mixture is smooth and fully combined about 2 minutes in total. Stir in the crushed Oreo cookies until they are evenly distributed throughout the mixture. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking pan and spread it out evenly. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until the fudge is set. Using the parchment paper overhang, lift the fudge out of the pan and place it on a cutting board. Cut the fudge into squares or desired shapes. Serve and enjoy!
