August’s Goals
*So yeah, let’s say I’m about to get a little bit more active on that blog*
Learning - Learn basics in German - at least what I can manage in that time
Work-outs :
1. Keep on pushing with all the forearm stands and so on - Let’s se how far I can go with that - and try with splits (Again)
2. Strenghtening my core (I will definitely use work out challenges, not gonna lie) and being active on regular basis
Nurition - Try to eat 80/20, regular and enough (1800-2100 kcals depending on day’s activity
Hobbies:
1. Let’s try to manage at least 1 decent sketch per week
2. Read at least one book from un-read shelve
