An organistrum is a medieval instrument that was basically a precursor to the hurdy gurdy which took two people to play (one for the cranking and one for the keys).  This is not a typical one - it’s too small and it seems to have added complications...and the mechanisms that go with the keys are usually hidden. The “octaved violin” is also something I can find no trace of beyond this video - so I think these are both creative versions of instruments. That said, they sound very interesting.
