Bio:

Born to one of the largest families in Sylvania, Bear was number four out of a total of nine children. His mother a hunter, father a lumberjack, both occupied for long hours during the day, the children were mostly left to fend for themselves, and this is how Bear learned to be the trouble-maker he is today. The Frazier offspring were not neglected, but life was tough in Sylvania, and adults were expected to work as much as they could to provide for not only their own families, but for the clan entirely. As they grew, and the house filled, the siblings became a unit within themselves, even at a young age, they became self sufficient, only relying on their parents to bring food home in the evenings.

Bear was born a trickster, forever tormenting his siblings, using his slight stature to hide in small spaces, jump scaring, pranking and just completely infuriating every single one of them. The family is close, each member contributing something essential so that the wheels keep spinning. Birdie took care of the cooking, Lynx the laundry, Kitty the bathrooms, and so on. Bear has two roles, provide the entertainment, a self-appointed job, even if it’s not always welcomed--  but more importantly, as he has gotten older, he has joined his mother on some of her hunting adventures. 

On their first trip out, Bear showed instant skill, and the more he hunted, the more this became apparent to the entire clan as a whole. He took after his mother, she was one of the best in the clan. He never missed, not once, his aim impeccable, and with that knowledge known to every person in Sylvania, it was almost written in stone that they would send him to Nova as a part of the first 50 when it all came about. His family are devastated, because as annoying as he might be, he’s part of that spinning wheel, and they fear everything might just crumble in his absence. 

Bear is in two minds about leaving his family, he is used to the hustle and bustle of his cramped house, used to fighting for the bathroom in the morning, used to rooting through his brother’s drawers for clean underwear to wear. He is also excited, even though he’d never admit it, he’s excited that he was chosen, that his talents are being rewarded, he’s excited for change, excited for freedom, excited to be someone other than the seventh Frazier. 

Although the family were upset that Bear was leaving, and he upset to leave them-- they understood the urgency of it all, they feared a second wave more than anything else, and they were happy to contribute to this new life being built, mostly in hope that they would follow him to Nova sooner rather than later. The Frazier’s were quite loyal to their clan, and they had always embedded this into their children, so Bear will have some reservations to others outside of Sylvania.

Difficult might be the best word to describe Bear, because trying to pick just one identifying word was difficult in itself. He is complex, kind, caring and smart on the one hand, but also conniving, roguish and impulsive on the other. Most find him hard to read, and other than people being in awe of his gift, he doesn’t have many friends.

Come and follow alongside as the twenty four characters try and fight their way to the top. Each play a pivotal role in their gangs; as they work together to ascend the bloodied throne of Rosnovy. But are all of them truly loyal to a fault? Or are they simply biding their time until they manifest their true colours; and their true allegiances. Lauren wasn't the one to pick the "Grace Kelly of Oxford" label for herself, but she was certainly the one who never begged to differ and felt responsible to wear it over her shoulders and never get out of stilettos just to keep up the appearances. She accepted her crown and simply went with it, as if any sort of validation — even for something she wasn't, fully — warmed her up enough to try to keep it close. A lifetime ago, she would have undressed her tight little dresses and put on jeans instead, so running from the police car and climbing fences would have been easier. A lifetime ago, she wouldn't have worried about the wicked smirk spreading across her face and ruining her perfect ruby red lipstick and she would have laughed making noise, even if the first person to hear would have been the first person to glare. She would have looked up to her best friend and challenged him to hold a prank contest without hesitation, and she would have been proud to hear the neighbors' hateful remarks about the both of them. She still knows how to lie to suspicious policemen, knowing she was the one to throw eggs at the old museum and knowing they had no proof against Jamie and her, but the innocent grin that went with the lies is the only thing she keeps using. Although she is the ghost of what she once was, Lauren is still a girl willing to climb down the window at night in a hoodie, when nobody is any longer awake to witness, if to be an accomplice to Jamie's mischievous acts, but she now cares too much about the others' opinions about her to focus on what she truly likes. Despite that, she is at peace with the softer version of her she has become. If anything, she almost prefers it, almost gave away everything for her social status, even if it required tweaking her old ways. Smart and reserved, she will always know when to purse her lips together and smile cluelessly and when to open her mouth to talk, and is well aware of the bigger picture. Lauren isn't silent as much as she treats everything so graciously her words barely touch anyone. She prefers not to get involved into most of the campus' activities, mainly because she wants to impose the mature figure she's desperately underlining with eyeliner and lipstick, and any sort of vices are beneath her as a person. Often mistaken for somebody who doesn't know how to have fun, she simply finds common entertainment to be ridiculous, preferring subtler forms of it. If there is anything Lauren Hastings gets wrong, that is probably the Quarrel Club and its rivalry with the Riot Club. When she first got the invitation to join them, she saw it as a privilege, as recognition for her spotless act within the campus, and looked at Gwendolyn with admiration and naivety. Now, when a conflict is near, she doesn't know how to dodge it so her name wouldn't be dragged into the fight. The idea of abandoning the group saddens her, because she is finally part of an official elite, exactly where she belongs, and the attention that has come with the invitation Gwen sent doesn't compare to her mild popularity from before. Besides, being a quitter doesn't describe her and wouldn't look good either, so it is needless to say she is stuck between declaring war to the person she cares most about and giving up on two years of building a character to play and be admired for.

Jamie Heather They used to be the platonic Bonnie and Clyde everybody in their high-school back in Brighton felt threatened by, and, the way Jamie used to see it, they should have been just as feared in Oxford, though the university changed Lauren instead of it being the other way around. She told him from the very start that it was a new beginning she wouldn’t waste on old habits and though it broke his heart, he didn’t try to change her mind, hoping that it would change on its own in time. Two years later, she is still clinging to a doll version of herself that Jamie can’t stand. Howsoever, the young man is not the only one with a heart that’s shattered into pieces. Lauren has always had a crush on her best friend — the only secret they have ever kept from each other. She is unaware of the fact that he is aware, but chose to act, for once, oblivious, not necessarily because he loves Lauren strictly like a sister, but because he respects her too much to let what is between them get messy. Gwendolyn Armstrong Unlike when it came to the rest of the Quarrel Club, Gwendolyn never expected to actually like Lauren, being such good friends with the enemy. As a matter of fact, the only reason why she included somebody so close to the Riot Club leader was to turn her against him and corrupt her, but Lauren crept up on her and got under her skin, making her realize that there is a reason why Jamie Heather wants her around. And suddenly, she wanted Lauren to be her friend, not to corrupt her and spite the Riot Club, but because of how pleasant to be around she was. Meanwhile, Lauren cannot know anything about Gwen’s plans concerning ruining her best friend’s club. She is just amused by Gwendolyn’s nerve and snappy attitude, wondering if perhaps she chose the wrong route when she first introduced herself as such a good girl two years ago. She admires the leader genuinely and can’t be talked out of her awe just yet. Lucas Lockwood Photographs often look better than reality, and when it comes to Lucas Lockwood's relationship with his girlfriend, Lauren Hastings, the photograph is all that there is to them. They are a spotless frame of gold, but so empty once you lose the initial setting. He thinks he is fooling her by pretending to love her while gaining popularity and respect — she even got him into the Riot Club, after all — being seen with one of the golden girls of Oxford, and she thinks she is fooling him by pretending to love every bit of his arrogance when the truth is, she is trying to make somebody else jealous. Either way, they are just pulling the same sorry prank on each other without getting the punchline, but since their relationship is working better than ever, neither of them cares to press stop. Charlotte Zerilli Charlotte can easily see past Lauren's desperate attempts to look perfect in any situation and is disgusted by how obsessed with the others' opinion on her she is. Most of times, Lauren chooses to avoid her and pretend to have missed her caustic comments about her and her life style. In spite of that, she is growing resentful and frustrated about how she got caught and gave the other girl the opportunity to call her fake, no matter how true it is. She plans on having a serious talk with her very soon. Howsoever, Charlie-girl seems uninterested to hear anything the blonde would have to say to her and is trying to get everybody to see what's beneath the make-up. After all, if anybody at all on campus is a dream come true, it would be her, not Lauren-whatsoever.

While from the outside the town may appear to be sleepy, quiet, like any other small town in America, anyone even minutely familiar with the area is all too aware that beneath the surface, things are rarely what they appear to be.

Overrun with crime, riddled with booze and drugs, and ruled by three well-known families , Peccati has earned its name and reputation as Civitas Peccati- The City of Sin. In Peccati, Oregon the law is loose, the the nights long, and the trouble plenty for anyone interested in finding it.

CIVITASPECCATIHQS is a 21+ OC RP set in the fictional town of Peccati, Oregon. The town’s history is dark, and the area is known for its near-lawlessness, a haven for those willing to do anything to secure the life they dream of having. Recently, an influx of newcomers has threatened that history. The push to clean up Peccati began slowly, though it has grown exponentially in recent years. Tensions in town are at an all time high, and the question on everyone’s mind- which side might emerge victorious- remains to be answered.
