Everyone in NI has a story about a random bag being left on a bus/road side and the peelers turning up. My mates in school found a sports bag outside a spar near Castlereagh and called the peelers. Whole crowd of landrovers turned up along with the bomb squad. Inside was a pair of fucking trainers.

actually sorta dispise the overwhelming obsession with Clare’s sexuality within the Derry Girls’ fandom when it’s the first time Irish Catholics have had adequate representation on tv. like I get it’s great to have a gay character in a series but the fandom is now overshadowing and missing out on some of the most beautiful writing of Irish & Catholic people that has never been seen before outside of Ireland. let’s discuss this side of Derry girls more
