First impression of each other? Was it love at first sight?
hannibal was used to his interns either being somewhat starstruck or just completely intimidated by him -- and then alana came along, bright and airy and a little bit sassy, and at first i’m not sure either of them were really sure what to make of the relationship they formed.
it was super respectful, not really a friendship until he was no longer her teacher and it was a little more appropriate for it to become one, but alana liked him right off the bat. he was smart and charming and well-put together and so steady - ironically, he’d always been someone she’d felt very safe and stable around.
and it’s like impossible to get into hannibal’s head at any given time but i think his genuine affection for alana would’ve come from her own cleverness, her boldness (tempered by her manners, ofc) and her very unafraid sense of humor.
somewhere between then and when their relationship actually started, platonic feelings blurred into romantic ones but alana...couldn’t really tell you when precisely that was.
Any special memories? Do they have a special place they like to go to?
neither of them were ever really impulsive enough to be sweeping each other off to romantic places. dating hannibal or even being friends with him is honestly probably such a pretentious affair and while alana appreciated him taking her to galleries and symphonies, that didn’t hold so much emotional weight with her as just like
the quieter moments
their stupid, goofy harpsichord duets or the way he (attempted) to teach her to play the fucking theremin, or when she’d curl up close to him and just talk -- spill out all the things on her mind, because she thinks way too much but she’s never talked much, comparatively with other people, but hannibal really listened to her

What does their home look like? Their room?
this is gonna be denny-verse only because they actually live(d) together there
it’s a really pretty house, tbh - this sort of country farmhouse-style place with three stories and a wraparound porch. will inevitably had to fix a few things up when they first moved in, but now it’s in lovely shape.
beyond your basic technical fixes, will cared more about the yard (or lack of it -- more like fields and woods) than the house, so alana’s mostly added her personal touches to that and probably sometimes recruited kirito and richard to help her. i think at first, when they were all still sort of figuring out how to live together, the best way she knew how to make everyone feel better was to make the whole thing feel very...home-y.
idk i imagine her room has more personal touches than will’s (who in canon like...slept on a bed in the middle of nothing) whereas alana’s room is organized, but very her. or, old-her. which will probably make it hard-hitting when she has to step back into it after like, a year.
