Gonna Fly Now by Bill Conti: I spent the last half of last week watching the Rocky film series for the first time, and of course this song is stuck in my head. I’m so motivated! To Tumblr!

Wonderful Life by Smith & Burrows: I subscribe to TheGaroStudios on YouTube because his fanvids are amazingly good. So of course he uploaded a heartbreaker of a Logan tribute and this is one of the songs in the vid and as soon as I heard it I had to hear it again and again.

Amsterdam by Imagine Dragons: I recently treated myself to some Imagine Dragons CDs for my car and I hadn’t heard this track before but I really like it.

Green Light by Lorde: I had only heard two songs by Lorde before this one but as soon as I heard this I knew it had to be on my playlist.

Black Water by Of Monsters And Men: Another one heard in the background of a fanvid, which is where I find the majority of the music I listen to. If I’m not mistaken it was another vid by TheGaroStudios...

Renegades by X Ambassadors: I pick up music I like here and there, and this time it’s from a great playlist about space I listened to on 8tracks. It’s another one that got stuck in my head.

Black Flies by Ben Howard: An Elementary fanvid is to blame for this one.

One Man Town by Elmore: I didn’t much care for the editing of the fanvid I heard it in, but the song was great. It’s a bit folky and reminds me of Mumford and Sons.

Bedroom Hymns by Florence + The Machine: Once again this was discovered via a fanvid, this time one for the Sherlock Holmes films starring Robert Downey Jr and Jude Law.

I Found by Amber Run: This one is from a Twelve and Clara playlist on 8tracks.

Favourite place: in terms of places I’ve been on holiday, Nice and Peschiera del Garda, but quite simply, at home with my family <3

Favourite colour: blue and yellow (that’s been my favourite colour since I was tiny)

Favourite TV show: Spooks!! (The full list is in my bio, TV shows are my life tbh)

Favourite book: Far From The Madding Crowd and Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban

Pets: we have two guppies and a very fat neon tetra

Last song I listened to: in the car on the way home it was Dancing On My Own – Calum Scott and on the music channel it was a lot of Ed Sheeran

First fandom: on tumblr it was Spooks, Sherlock and Doctor Who, but in terms of first obsession it was definitely Harry Potter

Hobbies: I don’t really do much in the way of activities tbh, so hopefully reading/writing fanfiction and screencapping the hell out of shows counts

Books that I’m currently reading: well, I started Les Mis about two years ago, so I should probably try and finish that within the next few years :P and I have loads piling up but I never have the motivation to read them, gahhh… I used to read on the train home from uni cause it took like 3 hours so I had loads of time, but now I don’t

Best thing you’ve ever eaten/tasted: okay so at the minute I absolutely love cheesy jacket potatoes, and breadsticks, and also chocolate chip shortbread

as in my country or my town? i’ll just answer both i don’t like my town that much. it’s not a lot to do here unless you visit the neighbour town or the capital, and some of the people around here make me really anxious and i wish i could have a new start elsewhere, really :( 

i’m very happy to live in norway as a country though, i couldn’t see myself grow up somewhere else to be honest? we’re not too many people here, we have a low crime rate, one of the best healthcare systems in the world and a high standard of living, which is amazing!

Espeon: What are some strange abilities you have?

Not sure if these count as “strange”, but here we go...

I’ve been told I’m really good at buying presents for people. 

I’m really good at making friends with people who are a lot older than me (just on Tuesday I swapped numbers with a lovely old lady I met in a shopping centre who offered to knit me a personalised tea-cosie). 

Does ASMR count as an ability? 

That’s about all I can think of really. 

Magikarp: Are you excited for your future?

I am, yes. I’ve never really felt excited for my future before, but something just.. clicked in me recently, that I can’t really explain. In January I decided to actually make the things I want to do in my life happen, rather than sitting around waiting for them to magically start happening. I’ve always been a very pessimistic person, but I’m starting to notice it gradually fading as days go by. It’s really lovely actually. I’m not really becoming an optimist, but rather, an I-don’t-give-a-fuck-ist and a I’ll-never-know-if-I-don’t-try-ist :) It’s nice, and I’m excited to see where the new attitude takes me.
