The Canadian Infantry Division attacks Ortana on the Adriatic coast - 1st December 1943

The Germans were forced to withdraw after seven days of severe house to house fighting. The Canadians used their tanks to “mouse hole” walls in buildings to enable infantry to enter, and to deal with snipers.

マダガスカル録〜気をつけてって書かれてたところ〜

首都のマーケットからインフォを通っておしゃれな地区へ抜ける階段。地球の歩き方では気をつけてって書いてある。といってもマダガスカルの地球の歩き方は高級層向けに書かれている印象なので危険水準は低く設定されている印象。

かなり賑わってた。ここならではのお土産もあるのでぜひ行くべき（木彫りのはんことか）。なお、この写真は日曜以外。日曜はほとんどお店がでてない。
