🐣Happy Orthodox Easter to everyone who is celebrating!!! 🐰 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Христос Воскресе! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ In Serbia we have this tradition called Egg Wars. Whenever we visit someone around easter, we bring a coloured egg for every family member. Then, before a meal, we have Egg Wars. Each person chooses an egg from a basket. They face their neighbour and one person holds the egg bottom up, while the other taps it with the point of the egg. Then the roles are reversed. The last egg standing is the winner, while the losers get to eat their eggs. 😊 ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ This year I coloured the eggs with blue and red food colouring dye, and as usual by cooking some in onion skins (the beautiful brown). The ones with stickers are from friends. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ My grandmother had us collect small leaves in the garden and place them with the egg in an old nylon sock.
