Found that the rest area I stayed at last night had a trail. A nice little 1 mile. It turned into this bridged area, that went over a swamp. Anyone who knows me knows I’m terrified of water I can’t see through. Needless to say, while I DID try, I couldn’t do the last little bit. But it was a gorgeous little trek on solid ground. We slept at a rest stop right on the edge of Osceola National Forest. It was just wherever we got to when we were sick of driving, but it happened to have a sweet nature trail on planks through a swamp full of Lilly pads, giant spiders, and cool air plants that took a lot of restraint for me not to snatch!
