yknow i've only ever used pencil eyeliner for anything other than tightlining or under the eyes like twice when i was younger it was just like liquid or bust i went hard throwing myself into makeup

if we were no-makeup makeup devotees i'm sure our hearts would be fonder towards poor pencil liners. but, alas, twas not meant to be
