Scenes from the Old South Pittsburgh Hospital. It’s abandoned now, but you can ghost hunt in it. 

This place was built in 1959 and closed down in the late 90′s. It has had several deaths, accents, abuse and malpractice through the decades.  

I spent the whole night in here, and some of the morning doing a 3rd round of exploring. 

Some interesting photos I can’t explain :

^ The “monkey man”, who resides in the 3rd floor is a supposed shape shifter or some sort of malevolent entity I was told, and I wasn’t expecting to even get this photo. People have claimed it looks more dog like sometimes or can appear 7ft tall or 3ft tall. I can see a hairline, eyes, a human like nose and a hunched over posture. I tried sharpening the image on my camera to try and show the posture. This was about 3ft height peering into the room I was exploring. It was standing in the hallway. 

Can’t figure this, because it looks like a floating large nipple... Taken in “Jim’s Apartment.” I’m not sure if he was a smoker in his day, but when we were trying to communicate with him we all got the heavy scent of cigarettes.
