Intro & full 1CC playthrough / longplay / walkthrough / trueplay as Juggernaut & Wolverine, this time around we are using the Open Source Scan Converter (OSSC), which seems fitting this was the first game we captured with the Elgato HD60 Pro back in 2015. Recently had my N64 RGB modded by the great folks over at Videogameperfection.com. I used the new THS7374 RGB amp and opted for the Low Pass Filter to be turned off.

The entire experience was fantastic - professional, quick service with great customer service. Very well done mod work. 

The visuals speak for themselves. Every game is crisp, bright, colorful, accurate and pop off the screen when using both the OSSC and a CRT Monitor.

Quick couple of test screenshots from our new scan converter device, these come from the Sega Saturn versions of Mega Man X4 and Sega Rally Championship. Captured using a open source scan converter a 720p, it’s not the easiest device to use and it’s not without its issue but there no doubting the quality.

All our future videos captured using RGB output will be using this scaler. It doesn’t support composite or S-Video, so NES footage won’t be using it.

The video modes are a bit hit and miss if they work, some modes worked on one console and not others. So far we have only tested it on Sega Saturn and a RGB modded N64, but the results are very good.
