I’d say that this is SUPER hard as well because I really like lots and lots of ships and pairings and OT3s? I will say … FemShep/Kasumi/Jack is PRETTY far up on that list. I can’t think too long on it though since I have to leave work soon! (And I know I’d just keep changing my mind!)
12. Is your OT3 into public display of affection?
Not really! They will be LONG after the Reaper War, but prior to the Crucible firing, they actually need to keep Kasumi’s identity a secret so they are RARELY seen out an about by the general public as a trio. (If she’s with them, she’s cloaked.) Kaidan and Io will hold hands out in public towards the end, but not much else. (If they are out in pairs, ie: Kaidan/Kasumi & Io/Kasumi this is rule is a little bit more lax though.)
However, in their own home/aboard the Normandy/around their friends/family, they are very touchy-feely and very affectionate! Kinda in the gross-get-a-room / I’m getting a cavity type of affection. These dorks love being together. ^_^
15. What do they do when one of them is sad? How do they comfort each other?
Ooh gonna hit me with some feels then huh? That’s ok, I’m happy to answer this!
Kaidan: If either of the girls is sad or hurting, Kaidan is very attentive and he encourages talking about things a lot. Io is particularly quiet with her feelings, but he’s usually able to get her to open up and discuss what’s going on very well. Kasumi retreats to be alone when she’s feeling off, basically it’s her protection against the world. She won’t put on her suit, but she’ll hide away in her room. He goes out of his way to just sit with her until she feels better. Since he’s much bigger than the both of them, they will usually end up curled up in his lap.
Io’ken: Io is the best/worst at making the others feel better. This has a lot to do with her difficulties processing emotions herself. In the end, she doubts if she’s helping, but to them, the fact that she’s so sweet and bumbling in her attempt makes it SO much better. With Kaidan, she’ll try to make his favorite meal or really bad-for-you comfort food. His favorite meal is usually burnt, but it ends up making him smile anyway. Io’ken will cuddle Kasumi, no talking, no words, and this usually ends up with Kasumi crying into her shoulder and eventually just telling her what’s the matter. This is very similar to how they bond in ME2 over Keiji/Kaidan so it’s familiar and nice and takes them both back to that time.She almost NEVER EVER sings in front of them, but they know she sings and it she ever did it for them, it would be the best gift of healing she could give them.Kasumi: (I’m saving her for last because lbh, she’s the cutest!) Kasumi goes into full on help mode - hot tea, homemade ramen, cuddles, cuddles, cuddles, smooches, smooches! She’s also INCREDIBLY observant so she actively tries to prevent down turns in mood if she can. She’s silly and will joke with either of them, but not in a “turn that frown upside down way” but more in her non-sequitur chain-of-thought observations that make them giggle because they are ridiculous yet entirely spot-on.If all else fails: it’s Fleet and Flotilla marathons with Io and long walks in the woods (if there are any nearby!) with Kaidan. If that’s not an option, she’ll do ballet for Kaidan because he loves watching her dance.

I have a general question for any or all of your Shepard's: What's their bed like at home? What kind of sheets do they have? Is it made up every morning or left messy? Lots of decorative pillows or just practical pillows? How many blankets? How big?

As I only have one Shep, I’ll definitely answer for Io, butI’m also going to answer for her version of Kaidan & Kasumi as well.(They’ll be under the cut for length)
Io’ken’s bed on the Normandy is definitely cushy compared tothe rest of the crew, but it isn’t fancy or overdone. Very military like.Scratchy, cheap sheets (plain white), and a mattress that’s just a hair toofirm. It is made every day as it’s part of her routine and the focus of hercabin. So, if it’s messy, it’s very noticeable & embarrassing should anyonewant to meet with her in private. She’s got the 2 Alliance issued pillows, whichare kinda flat and lumpy. If she’s sleeping alone, she’ll take both of them andstack them up for a little more height. It’s a-ok when Kaidan spends the nightthough, she’ll share the pillows or use him as one. If Kasumi stays, she’ll handboth the pillows over and use a sweatshirt for herself instead. But let’s behonest, if Kaidan or Kasumi (or both) spends the night on the Normandy, notmuch sleeping is going to happen anyway. :3
When she’s spending time at the apartment or is on shoreleave, she’s pretty messy. Her bedroom is the “big” one in the Citadel DLC, andshe does splurge for some nicer sheets than she’s allowed when on duty. They’renothing fancy, but nicer. The mattress is the newest one available, fitted withtiny mass effect fields that support her curves and help her sleep well withoutany back pains or restlessness of any sort. Firmness is adjustable. She’ll makeit about 50% of the time and there’s a fair chance that if it’s unmade, eitherKaidan or Kasumi will make it later. She has lovely, fluffy & firm pillows& multiples for the occasions when she’s sharing the bed with one or twopartners. A few, but not many decorative pillows. Her bed is the most oftenshared, so it’s technically the nicest.
She does have a couple of different Blasto branded sheet setsthat she pulls out for “special” occasions. There is a requisitions request outto the Alliance AND the Council for N7/Spectre branded sheets as well. She’sstill waiting to hear back on them though.
Kaidan has the other upstairs bedroom in the Citadel DLC andhis bed is very neat & always made. He favors slate blue, white, &light grey sheets. 3 pillows on the bed, 1 for each person if someone sleeps inthe bed with him. He prefers a firm mattress. No decorative pillows. Feather duvet,medium – light weight as he does run hot due to his biotics. The girls willsneak in to sleep with him every once in a while, but not often as his bed isthe hardest of the three and they don’t like that so much. His bedroom can getREALLY dark & cool as well, to help when/if he has a migraine.
Kasumi has the downstairs bedroom, but she takes out thepunching bag & pull-up bar and puts them elsewhere once she moves in. Her bed is understated but let’sbe honest: Kasumi has the nicest fucking sheets you can imagine. Like, theyare fucking FABULOUS, high thread count, softest cotton motherfucking thingsyou can find in the galaxy. They are goddamn LUXURIOUS. She has multiple setsin lovely cool colors: lilac, rose, grey, peach, and she covers them in avariety of duvets, all different weights for different times and feelings. Her sheetssmell lightly of wildflowers and are always fresh. Sleeping …and uh, fucking…in her bed is likea vacation. It’s always made. If Io’s mattress wasn’t so nice, they’d probablynever sleep anywhere but Kasumi’s bed. Both Io and Kaidan feel a littleout-of-place there though, as if it’s almost TOO nice for them.
Kasumi would love for them to share her bed more as shespent a long time alone after Keiji’s death and it’s a genuine treat for her tosnuggle against someone at night.
They will sleep apart on occasion but more often than not, they will migrate from their own bed to one of the other’s. This OT3 loves touching and cuddling, so spending a night alone doesn’t happen a lot.
