A lot of people do not like the way Sasuke was going to go about with his revolution, wanting to be Hokage by force,killing innocent people in the process and basically become a lonely and cold hearted dictator ain't what a lot of people want for him. And I find it amusing how people somehow think Sasuke doesn't love Sakura when he basically confirmed that their feelings are connected and that Sarada is the proof of their love....

I dont like Sasuke’s Idea either…But I understand his reasons far too well to question them. 

Also I don’t think his plan was completely dumb or stupid like most people say. yes it was definitely a very lonely road and history has proven autocracy doesn’t work in the long run , his idea was Unification and change through force. 

But Actually Naruto doesn’t even have a plan— just this “idea” that there should be peace and Unity. He says so himself several times. Naruto only knows that he wants to be Hokage,…. That’s it, he doesn’t even elaborate on his Idea of what a real Hokage means?

Now I am not going to defend Sasuke’s plan either . But I still think Sasuke atleast gave some thought to it, found some answers , reached a conclusion based on what he found, what did Naruto do to be Hokage?

SS.. the connection that SS share is probably only seen by the shipper..a non shipper will not see it--because it doesn’t show . I think the connection shared by other couples is amply illustrated in the manga-- not SS per say. Thats my view of it..

For me it's not wise to hate Kishimoto. However he is the creator of the series, we couldn't know Sasuke or any charas if he didn't make this series. I know he's not a good writer, he did what he wants or editor wants. He doesn't care with "the curse of haters" because Naruto universe is belong to him. Sasuke is belong to him. Nothing we could do.

I actually don’t hate Kishimoto at all. I know its usually the view in the fandom that “antis hate Kishimoto” , but I beg to differ. I have NEVER ever hated on his writing on this blog. In fact, I have mostly admired it. 

Yeah there are a few aspects he could improve. I wish he would write the female characters as well as he wrote the male characters but hey No writer is perfect. Yes i do see some sexism in his writing, but its not too bad to bother me.  I am a feminist and I enjoy this story just fine. :)

Yeah, you're right. Sorry, I was little bit annoying with their comments about Itachi. Okay "Sasuke's admiration for Itachi is annoying than cute", I've never thought that Sasuke is cute, he's just honest :) Sasuke is honest person, to anyone, to himself and to Itachi. Sorry, I was bothering you. Itasasu is toxic anon!

First, You are never Annoying . I like discussing stuff with you because I like your insight. ^-^ 

You are right, Sasuke is an honest person, He accepts the reality of the situation as it is. I admire him the most out of all characters because of his straight forwardness.  And I dont think Sasuke’s admiration for Itachi “is annoying” at all. Its a huge part of his character, if you leave that part out, then there is almost no reason for his actions in the story. 

There will always be people who hate the ships and the characters. There are all sorts of people with all sorts of differing opinions in a fandom, we dont have to accept all of the opinions we encounter. 

Fuckishimoto doesn’t like ANY aspect of Naruto, they say so themselves. They hate all ships and mostly all characters in the series so we dont have to agree with everything they say. We can choose to ignore the opinions we dont agree with . That is actually whats good about tumblr, we can experience all different viewpoints and pick and choose what we like. ;)

I mean these days my view of the story is differing from most of the anti-enders as well. I am alright with the ending. Most (not all) anti-enders hate the ending because their ship didnot happen or Because Sasuke didnot return to the village.

I know for a fact that Sasuke was in no way going to find happiness in the village, so it is good Kishimoto kept him out of the village. I think this was an ending true to Sasuke’s character.   Yeah right now there is no explanation for SS and Sarada, but I am pretty sure that explanation will come eventually.

3. Once again they said 'sasuke's admiration for Itachi is annoying than cute'. Yeah, very annoying for them, not for me. Yeah, so annoying because make Itachi n Sasuke relationship like toxic for us. Oh, yeah really annoying because make we've known how deep of their bonds and we can't stop think about it. And they're right, it's very very annoying cause made another ships jealous. Okay, it's my opinions only.

Sasuke’s admiration for Itachi  is annoying to a lot of people lately. LOL! Their deep bond and all the canon material in manga about those two is rubbing a lot of shippers the wrong way because they want Sasuke and Itachi to fit in a mold they created . But hey I guess the author has written the characters like that and if you read the story unbiased , anybody can easily say that they love each other the most.

I mean before I started shipping ItaSasu , I had major problems with it being incest , I really struggled with it , I didn’t ship it, I tried to find excuses, but eventually the more times I read the manga ,  The more I realized that I have to come to terms with it. It wasn’t an easy process. On one hand i loved their story and i could perceive undertones to it but on the other hand, I had to accept that the nature of the relationship was primarily brotherly  But their bond and admiration and love for each other is so mutual and so strong and obsessive and beautiful OMG,  there is just no point denying it  ¯\_(ツ)_/¯. right?

If I had to truly understand  Sasuke, I had to accept,  his utter and infallible admiration for Itachi. I had to understand Itachi, the way Sasuke understood Itachi, I had to excuse Itachi, the way Sasuke Excused him. Thats just a part of loving a character.

I understand Your frustration Anon, But I guess we just have to let people draw their  own conclusions about characters. There will always be people who don’t see things our way. So to each their own, huh?

In the meantime, we can always enjoy this story and their moments. I think ItaSasu has more mutual moments and depth and material than any other canon ship. So Yeah!

1. I've read answers from fuckishimoto that you're reblogged. They(i don't know she/he)said that they hate Sasuke's relationship with Itachi, because Itachi's actions are make no sense n make Sasuke looks stupid. Truly i don't care that they're anti-Itachi or not,it's their opinions. I just wanna explain something 'Itachi's actions is make no sense'. Hmm, everything happened in Naruto's world are make no senses,okay!

2. Obito, madara, kakashi, kaguya, hagoromo, orochimaru, kabuto, pain, chakra, edo tensei, revive the death people, SS n NH canon & many more. So many things are make no sense there. And who’s wrong? Kishimoto, of course! He’s the artist n the writer of Naruto. From me Itasasu is toxic anon!

Yeah I liked that Post , but as I mentioned in the tags there were some points I didnt agree with. 

If you remove Sasuke and Itachi’s relationship , and keep itachi “the villain” , it would make both Itachi and Sasuke very one dimensional as characters. Their conflicts, their confusion , their love , The revenge, the sadness , the angst – all those aspects added a lot of depth and layers to their story. Infact if they kept Itachi only as the villain who wanted to “test his abilties” and therefore killed the Uchiha clan, then Sasuke’s story line would have ended much earlier  at chapter 400. 

The truth was a twist that made the whole story AWESOME at a different level. Thats why I never understand the arguments people make about Itachi only remaining the villain– I dont agree with it either.

Also I think Sasuke;s major development happened Post truth after the revenge battle. That is when Sasuke truly became intriguing as a character. Until the last moment in the manga  his actions were almost unpredictable, which made his characterization very interesting. 

Itachi – even though a minor side character – evolved with the truth. He continued to remain an enigma for the readers who tried to make sense in his actions. There are still people debating over the morality of Itachi’s actions. Some understand Itachi , some dont. But It makes him truly unique in the story because of it. Itachi evolved from a simple one dimensional crazy mass murderer to a very complex , disturbed , morally grey character whose actions can be interpreted several different ways,

Also Sasuke’s actions and Motivation in the story are mostly inspired by his brother, if Itachi continued to remain the villain, Sasuke wouldn’t have been this interesting …trust me.

His entire story line would have been as forgettable as Shikamaru’s revenge for Asuma. Even more forgettable, because atleast the readers had time to get invested in Asuma as a character and were truly sad when Asuma died , therefore shikamaru’s revenge offered us some sort of consolation .. but Sasuke Killing Itachi would have not been this impactful without the depth of the bond they shared.

Thats why I never really take those arguments seriously. Also I can offer more arguments for Itachi’s actions.. It is an endless discussion , but i choose not to base my opinion about  the actions of a character in the Naruto Universe which is fictional to real world situations , because if Naruto were like Real world, then then we have a lot more bigger issues than Itachi’s actions.

Amaterasu, Tsukoyomi and Susano'o mythologies are look like Itasasuita's story. So beautiful. Itasasu is toxic anon!

They and their story is so beautifully intertwined with Japanese mythology and the way Itachi and Sasuke are two parts of a whole .. I mean.. C’mon , its almost hard to ignore. 

Even traditionally , if we look at the story of Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi, it is implied that even though they were siblings , they were married to each other. That is Japanese Mythology - and kishimoto has continuously made so much reference to them , its almost as if he is giving very strong hints about the nature of their relationship, which I believe,  is very strong brotherly love that may have crossed it boundaries , once they were thrown into these hardships as they clung to memories of each other and as Sasuke still continues to hold on to them. 

Now they themselves don’t know the bounds of their love for each other

Hmm I've seen Sasuke towards Itachi it's hard brocon/brother complex. Sasuke filled his heart and his head with niisan, niisan, niisan and niisan. Itachi's everywhere. Itasasu is toxic anon!

I actually agree, Sasuke’s heart  and mind is filled by thoughts of His brother… Itachi. You could call it brocon.  You could call it devoted worship or you could call it immersable , unconditional love…

I also feel Itachi’s heart is completely  filled with Sasuke as well…. Everything he did was to save Sasuke. He walked through hell to spare Sasuke’s life. Always and only Sasuke. I Think Itachi’s love is as immeasurable and unconditional.  it goes both ways and thats why it is so mutual.. their obsession for each other. 

They just express it differently.

I'm not ready to see Itachi's Ikemoto version. You know what I mean XD

I have still not come to terms with Ikemoto’s Sasuke. For some reason, his Sasuke comes off as so sleazy. With his 2 showy belts and his snape hair and his seriously *weird*  body proportions.

I am not ready for itachi :(.
