For your allergy people. Could be the chemicals that the gym uses to clean the equipment for the skin and a lack of a HEPA filter on there air conditioner/furnace which allows more dust and pollen circulation which could lead to the sneezing. They should ask the place about the chemical cleaners and if they have a air filtration system. Hope that helps! ^_^

I agree with your "rant" 1000%! I'm also in my 30's and work a full time job that is a swing shift. I work 12 hour days and drive a hour each way and I still find time to get a workout in most days. I've slacked off the past four due to some injuries and minor fatigue but I'm going to the gym today because its driving me nuts not working out. Keep up the motivation and your blog is amazing!!! ^_^
