Perfect Timing
So I finally tried out my stability ball (think that's what it's called) and did a few ab exercises. Let me tell you..it makes crunches 10x harder!! It's amazing! And my legs are sore from that leg workout I got in yesterday…definitely a sign that I did some good work!
On the note of perfect timing..I just got back from a run. As I was on my way back home the sky all of a sudden got really dark, but i couldn't run any faster so I just focused on keeping my pace and making it home. The second I got in the door it started thundering…and is now pouring down!! Talk about perfect timing! [Calories burned: 299 in 22:27 minutes]
