in the PlayStation version of deltarune, there are several ways to get most trophies:
"RING" can be obtained either by ringing the bell in the room with several Mizzles in Ch4, or by buying the Keygen from Spamton
"BEAST" can be obtained either by letting Susie defeat an enemy in Ch1, or by beating the Susiezilla game in Ch3/4
"STRENGTHEN 2-A" can be obtained either by killing an enemy during Snowgrave, or by defeating Giga Queen
"ERASE" can be obtained either by deleting a completed savefile, or by erasing the bloodstain in Kris' room in Ch.4
"MIRROR" can be obtained either by copying a completed savefile, or by looking in Kris' mirror
"THRONE" can be completed by interacting with the King's throne, Throne of the Gods, Chariel, or any toilet
notably, none of the CHAPTER END trophies can be obtained if you have talked to a man behind a tree in those chapters
Thank you for the info!! The most intriguing one to me is "ERASE" being linked to both deleting a save file and washing the blood stain for some reason?? I wonder what connection that has... Thank you for your ask <3!
ADDENDUM (thank you to @accuratejaney and @mint-swirl):
ERASE can also also be gotten from letting Susie unplug the controller in the sword route or by letting Susie clear the drawings in the diner scene
RING can also be gotten from getting either ring in the weird route OR by letting Spamton's phone ring, not by obtaining the keygen
MIRROR can also be gotten from letting the sprite Kris leave the screen in the sword route
STRENGTHEN 2-A is from using thrash machine’s super mode and not from defeating Giga Queen.
