Welcome to pipelinemango! A joint tumblr between me, Kipper, and my best friend, Kai! This is a little intro post to get to know us and what to expect!
—🌺» Hi, you can call me Kipper or Hound! I use he/they/it/ze and other neo pronouns :3 I am queer and transmasc and have 2 partners who I love very dearly!
—🐙» I love pink, sleeping, sharks, gaming, soft things, and anything sweet! I’m a huge marine biology nerd (and just a nerd in general). I am both nonhuman and a furry, and I do art! I’m also chronically online
—🎟️» I’ll mainly post things like my art, general yapping, and sometimes even headcanons of characters :p
—🎀» I’ll be the one mainly posting on here, but I’ll tag my stuff with #KipperYaps to show its me :3c I’m mainly depicted as Lyney on this account!!

For some research I'm doing on alterhumanity:
(Please reblog for reach!!!)
Pick what fits you best:
I am not hyperflexible/mobile and I have all my limbs and I am NOT alterhuman
I am either hyperflexible/mobile or missing limbs or both and I am NOT alterhuma
I am not hyperflexible/mobile or missing limbs and I AM alterhuman
I am hyperflexible/mobile and the hyperflexible part of me has phantom shifts
I am hyperflexible/mobile but don't have more shifts where I am flexible
I am missing limbs or body parts and have phantom shifts where the limb goes
I don't have all my extremities but my phantom shifts are not more common there
Other (please add in tags)
Im doing research on the overlap between where we are more likely to have phantom shifts and how the bodies we are stuck with impact/are impacted by our theriotypes if that makes sense, I have another post about it with more background if you look up "#a theory on alterhumanity" on my blog!!
what about the actual robots tho are they entitled to thr same benefits???
So, not to parade the "nerd card", but I want to put out a concept:D&D&D. Dungeons and dragons and drones! or maybe dungeons and dragons and dominance! In any case, there's a lot of potential crossover because d&d involves the creation of fantasy, and D/s is a little bit of fantasy mixed in with a little bit of reality! Plus DND has things like illithids who are the walking paragons of "evil hypnotists", and warforged, which are basically ye olden robots, and can have all sorts of fun potential for folks into dronification/robotization.
Crackle
Warnings: sickfic (maybe, idk what caused Whumpee’s pneumonia--which is what this is y’all if you didn’t know lol)
Whumpee looked dead. They were deathly pale, barely a shade darker than the sheets in the tiny bed Caretaker had hastily made up for them. Whumpee’s hair was plastered to their forehead with sweat, the sheets soaked with the sweat as well. From a distance the only thing that told Caretaker that Whumpee was still alive was the intermittent rattling wheeze of breaths that wracked Whumpee’s body.
Caretaker sat back down next to Whumpee, depositing the pile of cool cloths on the pillow next to Whumpee. Whumpee was radiating an impossible amount of heat. They were burning up. Caretaker laid a cloth across their forehead and stroked their cheek. Whumpee didn’t stir, but continued to take those rattling breaths.
Caretaker pulled the thin sheet off Whumpee. They apologized to Whumpee as they lifted Whumpee’s shirt. They needed to hear better. Caretaker placed their ear to Whumpee’s chest and listened carefully. They prayed they wouldn’t hear anything. That Whumpee was just sick and needed to sleep it off. Their heart sank as they heard the loud crackle in Whumpee’s lungs.
Now that I think about it, I might be a little bit of mermaid kin.
