hi again @wips-at-2am!! oh nooooo okay so this time we see it from the girl’s point of view! somehow the two of them have crossed paths (with the girl getting injured, hopefully by accident and not by something more... drastic) and they spend their awkward reunion in years at the hospital. she doesn’t want to come across badly or doesn’t want to show that she’s not doing particularly well right now, especially to a guy from her past that she liked (likes?) very much, but she’s still very much in a vulnerable state despite her facade and the guy knows her far too well to not be able to see through it.also she misses him a lot a lot and just his presence brings her back to their past, and she can’t really fight with all the emotions that she has at his very touch.i reallly hope they’ll get a good ending together!!ask me anything

hello @wips-at-2am ! let’s see... this man has been hurt before from a previous relationship and has gone too far and knows that prying helps no one, especially when the other party has long moved on and there’s no point in chasing after a person who no longer has heart for you, and it plays out so utterly realistically in your descriptions of his emotions and actions. that past relationship has probably made him really insecure too, and desperate and paranoid, and he probably finds it difficult to trust someone again, but even so he’s somehow found the strength to let go, which is really inspiring of him. that’s not an easy thing to do!! also, that final line makes it seem like she’s no longer with him / that they’ve officially broken up, which makes it more heartbreaking and shows even more strongly how difficult it was for him to let go. he obviously loves and respects her a lot too, to force away his insecurities in order to respect her privacy and accept her decision and ahh now i want to know what happened between them!!!hope i got it at least somewhat accurate!ask me anything!

hello!!! first of all, that last line, that description? amazing and so wonderfully visual -- i love these kinds of descriptors!!! evocative and descriptive and poetic!ALSO. this is slightly harder because  i don’t read the recipient. who are they talking to? a friend? an acquaintance?? their father??? their pet???okay i’m being stupid on purpose, obviously they’re talking to a would-be lover, who, for some reason, doesn’t wanna try things out with someone whose name is as amazing as Alder. alder obviously likes this person a lot because their desperation is so clear and so strong, and it isn’t an easy thing for them to show because they’re putting their most sincere, most vulnerable emotions out for whoever-it-is and dropping all their walls and if they’re going to be rejected, it’d hurt so bad. it’s probably also a last-ditch attempt to get whoever-it-is to see from their perspective, so really the answer is really important(what is the answer??! hopefully it’s something good!)thank you!!ask me anything

Ok, so... For the OC swap pride thing: Sean, one of my gay characters and protagonists on my novel, already had a pillar for a boyfriend at a nightclub while being drunk asf. Basically, he got very drunk, and after he held on to a pillar so he wouldn't fall, he started calling it Wesley and became extremely attached and clingy even though he's not like that. Later on he cried for not being able to take his new boyfriend home with him

Omg poor Sean! He will be reunited with his Wesley soon!!

That sounds a lot my son Cameron. He was like 23 or 24 when he came out as bi thanks to feeling some new feelings when he discovered what Brendon Urie of Panic! at the Disco looked like. Also very drunk at a bar somewhere in South Carolina he ended up having his first one night stand with a dude he thought looked like Brendon. (he thinks he’s a verse, he’s a bottom for sure)

Maybe Sean and Cam could be friendos! Pick up strange dudes in bars together and be each other’s wingmen!

You may look in the WIP’s designated tag, the character tags, anywhere on the blog EXCEPT THE ACTUAL WIP PAGE. i was tasked to do this by @rktho-writes, which is an interesting challenge! i got a little of the gist of it, but i’m not going to write it in a proper synopsis form because... well, i can’t even do that for my own WIP HAHA. SO basically, about The Emperor’s Stone it is set in a fantasy land full of dragons (how amazing!!), and the mighty lord of all dragons has found himself one crystal poorer. so this self-important mighty lord is hailing his whole kingdom to help search for his precious crystal, and of course he’s offering some prize money for it. can’t get people to work without pay, right? also, the almighty lord is facing internal strife because of terrorists and stuff,but is okay because he is apparently a Bad Man. also, a poor boy has found the crystal and is internally crying because, yknow, you don’t want to get involved in politics. i hope i did it justice!! it sounds really interesting btw, i really want to read more hahahaha!!! (your little powerpoint helped... which made me wanna make my own... but alas, i’m too lazy. maybe next time) i think my wip like all things out of season is really easy to describe, but still, i’m gonna tag @cabaretofwords @cheap-pins @somuchtowrite @gettingitwrite ! you don’t have to do it if you don’t want to!
