it's really shitty like I want to talk but I dont know how to approach? and I'm afraid the convo will just be short and end in awkward silence? and I'm worried that I'll be annoying them this is it #1 that goes through my head "oh i dont talk to them much...I'll probably just be annoying them" or "oh we havent talked in a while so ill probably just be annoying them" and sometimes it makes me want to cry
