centaurin' around
just adding my own vision of them to the pot. okapi-taurs!
Description:
Sunflower was a centaurette from Fantasia who acted as a servant to the other characters. She was removed from later versions of the film for being racist (looking stereotypical and being a servant/slave and all) which many fans find a pity, due to her having an interesting personality. A similar centaur who looks identical but apparently was named Ortika can also be seen, but few can tell they’re seperate characters. Here’s video for reference.
In Wasteland:
Oh, boy. She’s so forgotten, Disney tried to deny her existence.
Epic Mickey wouldn’t be able to get away with her being a servant, obviously, but considering her role in the film, I’d like to think she owns a beauty salon. In the games, unlike the clothing shop, this would mean changing the art style of the characters. EX: Choosing Mickey’s 1940′s onward appearance over the classic one, choosing a similar art style for Oswald, or for Oswald choosing that one design where he has whiskers.
That being said, her appearance would have to be slightly altered. Lips less big, and give her a top.
She could also potentially be in the aforementioned Beastly Kingdom.
The real question is, would Sunflower and Otika be separate characters, or merged to be the same one?

FORGOTTEN CHARACTER POST
FANTASIA - OTIKA
It's not so common knowledge that in The Pastoral Symphony segment from Disney's 1940 feature film Fantasia, there was a character edited out of subsequent re-releases. That character was Sunflower, a little black centaurette who was essentially a racist caricature meant to serve the clearly Aryan-esque white centaurettes.
However, there was apparently a second black centaurette who was also edited out. The Disney wiki lists her name as Otika, and she only briefly appeared to roll down the red carpet for Bacchus.

Now then, the reason for this post is simple. There are people out there who've tried to redesign Sunflower for the purpose of giving her dignity.
When is Otika going to get HER redesign?
