Can you please confirm how Stoneforge Masterwork works with creatures that share multiple creature types? If I control three Kor Soldiers, and one is equipped with Stoneforge Masterwork, will it get +2/+2 or +4/+4?

+2/+2.

The equipped creature compares its set of creature types to the set of creature types of each other creature you control. In each case where at least one type matches, it gets +1/+1. 

It’s a yes/no proposition. It only cares about matching any types, not how many types match.

If I have both Two-Headed Sliver and Hunter Sliver in play, can I make my slivers unblockable by forcing each of my opponent's creatures to attempt to block a single sliver? (Assume I have more attacking slivers than my opponent has blockers.)

Not quite.

How this will work is that your opponent will have to fullfil as many of the blocking requirements as possible without violating any restrictions, so if you had four Slivers and your opponent had four creatures, then two of your creatures would end up blocked by two creatures. 

Your opponent can choose which of your Slivers to actually block, but they have to put the provoked creature up against the sliver that provoked it if that Sliver is being blocked.

Follow up to my Duplicant question: so a Divinity of Pride exiled by Duplicant is always 4/4?

Yes. It doesn't have the static ability that pumps Divinity.

Can Frenzied Goblin be activated more than once each combat phase?

It can't be activated at all. (It's a triggered ability. You get to pay for it once, when the trigger resolves.)

My opponent at a PTQ had a Courser of Kruphix out. I killed it, and he flipped the top card of his library back to face-down. On his next draw step, he revealed the top card of his library after drawing. It was a land. Would it have mattered whether or not I waited for him to try to put it on the battlefield and gain a life before calling a judge?

No. Your opponent looked at cards he wasn't supposed to look at. You called the judge at exactly the right time.
