He and Fudou are pals! I'd say that between the rest of the Bad Boys Brother's Blues gang, they're the closest. It mostly consists of them doing stupid things together, which has led to many an exchange like this:
Someoka: Why did you jump in the water?
Tsunami: Fudou bet me a thousand yen that I wouldn't.
💔 An angsty headcannon:
He's the eldest of four, and while his parents make ends meet for all of them, they aren't around much. As a result, he ends up taking on most of the the household chores. His siblings help where they can, but given that the second oldest is eleven, Tsunami still ends up with the biggest workload. The worst part is that while he understands why his parents aren't able to help out, he can't help but feel a little bitter about it.
😺 An animal related headcannon:
I'm not entirely sure if this counts because it's mentioned in canon once, but he fishes. He isn't the best at it, usually trying to hook something the second it bites, but when he catches something, it's always a big one. I mean come on, he's canonically caught a marlin! Also, I feel like he tries to catch some when he's surfing. No rod? No problem! He'll swim out and just grab a fish straight from the water!

🫂 A friendship headcannon:
He and Kidou kept in touch after the events of s2, and still talk to each other around the events of Go! I'd like to think that Otomura gives his input on Kidou's coaching on occasion.
💔 An angsty headcannon:
He wants to be a musician in the future, but his parents aren't supportive. They'd rather him go into a more secure profession. Otomura knows that most musicians aren't successful, of course, and he knows that his parents only want what's best for him, but it's what he wants to pursue.
😺 An animal related headcannon:
He has a parrot! He's tried to get it to sing, but it ends up mimicking his beatboxing. Now, he's trying to get it to come up with its own music.
