Yes, there are points for dating Iron Man. (Of course there are, like you said, there are points for everything.) [There are points for ruining other people’s chances or dates with Tony Stark too, by the way. Or did you really think all those villain attacks right when Tony Stark was reported dining with company in some fancy restaurant really was a coincidence? Villains really don’t share well.]
It’s very high on the list but not on the top. For one, there are more than a few villains who have no romantic interest in Stark, so it was decided that not too many points should be given. For another they didn’t want to make romance the main focus of the game. They’re villains.
(Also the risk of them wooing Stark for more points was too great, they are villains after all. And frankly, Stark would ruin them when he inevitably found out. Self-preservation is still a thing.)
But tbh I mostly imagine them arguing about the definition of ‘date’. For example that drink Loki got invited to, should it count as a date? What about that time Rumlow ran into Stark at a diner, and they both just decided to let it go and try the famed burgers instead? Or that time with the thousand (poisoned) roses? Or...
