His hands shot up of pure reflex, features contorting into an irate grimace; after his initial response, he settled back to an expression of mild complaint, but he bore the imp no ill will. He did, however, bear her weight – his head was not meant to carry so big an ego.

“Y’know, you’re not exactly a feather –”

Nevertheless he managed. Why Midna wanted to sit in his hat, he could not say. Was his shadow not cozy enough? But he didn’t mind, not really. At least this way, their conversations could be a bit less one-sided. That was, if Midna didn’t decide to take a quick kip while sitting on his head – though, he couldn’t imagine that his hair made for a very good pillow.
