AU where Rogers raised Tilly with help from “Aunt Roni”.
Rogers buying clothes for little Tilly which are slightly more “girly” than her future fashion and Aunt Roni having to set him straight with some much cooler clothes.
Roni making sure that Tilly isn’t forced to wear dresses all the time just because many people think that is the consensus for little girls.
Tilly ripping her new jeans at the knees because “Aunty Roni has jeans like these!” but she accidentally goes too far so now has some rather cool shorts instead... and another pair of new jeans.
Rogers coming home and being horrified when he sees his little with blood all over her face. Then soon realising the mischievous little tyke had simply “borrowed” one of Roni’s lipsticks.
Yeah, just a little thought. It made me smile.

Sooo I’m confused... Before the curse hit, Rumple gave Hook the white elephant to make sure he and Alice would still be Father and daughter in HH, but Hook gave it to Ella so she and Lucy could be together, making Hook and Alice be apart in HH. Why are Margot and Kelly still mother and daughter and why are Roni and Kelly still sisters ???
Roni and Kelly aren’t sisters. Regina said she and Kelly were “we were like sisters”, aka, they were close but their cursed selves aren’t actually related.
As for Margot and Kelly... I think it’s kind of random. I mean, back in Storybrooke, Hansel and Gretel were still brother and sister but Jefferson and Grace weren’t father and daughter. So I think it’s kind of like, some are still related while others aren’t but there’s no real pattern to it. So there’s a chance Jacinda and Lucy would have still been mother and daughter even without the elephant. The elephant just made sure of it.

More than likely they forgot. I mean, the writers forgot that Drizella said there was “just enough to wake [Regina] up” before they had Regina magically (pun not intended) somehow find some more off screen for her sister. My, how convenient.
