Zoe De Toledo, an Oxford University Boat Club coxswain, is interviewed in this short film about the importance and impact of a coxswain. She even explains dynamic coxing in a very easy to understand manner, and briefly demonstrates the function of a cox box and the steering apparatus. 

(Apologies if her name should be written as ‘Zoe de Toledo’ or ‘Zoe deToledo’, because I’ve seen those used as well.)
