Either this segment (which i'm like 99% sure is Omega but ik not everyone thinks so) survived the battle, or there's another segment/Prime still out there. BECAUSE YES, AFTER SEEING THE GLITCH AT THE END OF THE QUEST, I FELT MUCH BETTER. HE WILL COME BACK TRUST, AND TO BURN THE TREE!!!

I STILL FEEL A BIT SILLY THO, BC I WAS TRULY CONFIDENT IN HIM AND HAD AN ENTIRELY DIFFERENT PLOT IN MIND 😭😭

THE PART WHEN THEY WERE DEFEATING DOTTORE THOUGH, I UNDERSTAND THAT BINA GRANTED THEM A BLESSING AND ALL THAT BUT WHEN THE NORMAL CHARACTERS LIKE NEFER, FLINS, AND LAUMA STARTED BEATING HIS ASS??? I WAS LIKE alright.... come get your licks in i guess... i'm salty and i'm not acknowledging that

Regardless of how it ended i truly enjoyed Dottore in the quest. The manipulation while using the truth, the lines, THE WAY HE WALKS 🤤, the parallels with Bina - both being rejected by the world but in different ways, one ended up being accepted and the other rejected... i would have loved for him to show us past memories where we were used using the Trilune too, as a way to further trip up the Traveler

AND JUST THE FURTHER INFO ON HIS VIEW OF RELATIONSHIPS BEING WARPED AND TRANSACTIONAL?? MY POOR BABYYYY

Dottore not remembering Scara was a bit disappointing...

Disappointing that we also cannot revisit his research facility again 🥺

Sad Dottore's fight doesn't have a second phase, it was so much easier than I anticipated - the inverted movement thingy doesnt even bother me because i can defeat him before he even does it lol

I love Columbina's story but I can't say i'm not a bit sad with how we lose Harbingers in every new nation we go to. it feels like by the time Snezhnaya is done, they will no longer be a thing 😭🙏 love how my baby is now super strong though 🥺

Columbina eeping in Sandrone's bed was most adorable... i love them sm, and i love how it's canon that Sandrone bake! They probably have one of my fav relationships in the game they so cute!! (Still find it a bit odd none of them mention Traveler's contribution to Signora's death tho lol)

OF COURSE, I WAS SAD OVER SANDRONE TOO, but i have no doubt she's going to come back, from the way her body's going back to Fontaine 😭🥺 i just hope she doesn't have a new personality though

When Paimon and Traveler were like 'yeah, Sandrone's part of the gang!' i was like damn, we really befriending everyone except Dottore 😭🙏

I was going to complain about this more, but apparently it was a mistranslation (which leads me to be very frustrated with mistranslations in general and how they probably did that with dottore too) with The Tsaritsa not knowing Dottore was the one who put the arrest warrant for Columbina??? I'm still not exactly sure what the original is but like....... why did it take that long for them to realize....

Rerir and Tholindis were such cool characters, but i wonder if they'll be relevant again... considering how they're basically stuck there... he was gone as quick as he came for being one of the sinners...

thinking about how the monster of The Guy Who Didn't Like Musicals isn't aliens, or some higher god, it's conformity. Thinking about how TGWDLM illustrates the many ways that society asks us to conform --- toxic positivity, workplace culture, the threat of force, the threat of authoritarianism. I'm thinking about how so many of us have that fear of inevitability, how many of us are told we will "understand" and appreciate the cruelties of our society as we grow older. I'm thinking about how conformity presents as a sort of death of personality, of something fundamentally human being erased. I'm thinking about how the hivemind forced Mr. Davidson to forget his desires for his wife because it recognized they made Paul uncomfortable. I'm thinking about how Paul ultimately defended those desires to the hivemind because he recognized that they were fundamentally human. I'm thinking about the way that conformity invites us and promises deeper connections with others, connections that characters like Charlotte and Bill both wanted and were ultimately betrayed by via the hive. I'm thinking about the way that the characters in the play treated the hive like they would a B movie monster, and ultimately failed to destroy it, because they only destroyed a meteor and that's never where the hive originated. Like how the threat of Black Friday was "made in America", the hive was made from our culture.
