Okay my monogatari box third season just came today so in homage to that can we please talk about one of best scenes in the entire series….
This scene is fucking perfect….EVERYTHING IN THIS SCENE IS PERFECT….like this kinda consolidates nisoisin as one of the best caracter writters in light novel or even in books in general…like i was very hyped or ougi dark but i got into it already knowing ougis identity and for me it makes that scene ever better like THE FUCKING PARALLELS????the idea that ougi only exist because of araragis self punishment mentality and therefore is scared of tsukihi because she dont have that???the implication that self hate and excess of expectation is someone EVERY HUMAN STRUGGLE WITH and that kinda proves tsukihis inhumanity??? They both being polar opposits but also similar because in the end humans are not only self hate or self love pratical thinkers or future planners but actually both???and the abssence of that fusion is what makes them inhuman??man nisioisin is a geniusss!!!!
