Jiji went from 8 pounds to 4.5 pounds in not a very long time and I'm calling it now, I think we're gonna lose two cats in one summer
#this is so fucked what's going on#she's 16 or 17 and she's not My Kitty she was my sister's originally but still like. this sucks#it's crazy how fast a creature can go downhill and just go from like. i'm a little old but i'm good to just. hey it's bad#I'm not so good and you can do all you want and you can offer me as many types of food as you'd like but I still can't do this for you#it feels so crass to care about money in this situation too but the vet visits are getting so expensive. cremation is not cheap#not having the best of times rn#we're waiting on a vet appointment but in the meantime it's just a fight to keep her clean. which is like an even bigger sign#than her weight#cats are such clean creatures and the fact that she can't keep herself clean to her own standards.
