A little Oule doodle from a few weeks back. Getting to know Clip Studio Paint.
I am so incredibly happy
Part of me thinks they got the idea from that batch of springer variants I did last month, but only a small part. My ego ain’t that big, lol.
The thief boys! Oule and Tollak
Let’s have some Springers with personality!
I like doing creature designs, so I designed a Springer for each of my kids that has made it to the desert (and one that has not).
Rhaanah’s Springer has the markings of the rarely seen Sumatran striped rabbit.
Melinoe’s has a build like a jackrabbit crossed with a red kangaroo, and has the markings of a Silver Marten rabbit.
Oule’s Springer has the markings of a Dutch rabbit, and is adorable.
Lastly, Menander’s Springer is based off of an English Angora rabbit, and is the most adorable of them all.
Expect more of these as I work my way through the mounts. I started with the Springers because drawing mammals is easy for me.
Our thieves are good buddies, despite the huge difference in size. Tollak and Oule met when they picked each other’s pockets, and were so impressed with each other’s skill, they became fast friends.
Seriously, a norn that can get their fingers in a teeny tiny asura pocket without the asura noticing is impressive. And likewise, an asura that must have had to climb up the norn to get to the pockets is likewise impressive.
These two have done some seriously funny things together, such as:
bum a room from an inn by pretending to be an asura ranger and pet snow leopard with a growth hormone issue.
Lie to Oule’s sister, Neevi, that no, they are not involved with the pilfering of illegal goods, no, they’re newbie thespians who are putting together a play about a great norn saga.
Actually do the play about a great norn saga.
“That documentary” being this one right here, one about medieval armor and how it stood up (or didn’t) to musket shots and the like.
Don’t shoot at Klenta, especially not if she’s engrossed in a documentary.
“Can we keep 'im?”
“It's a lion! Lions eat guys like me!”
Just a dumb joke.
I so love the friendship between our thieves, though.
Tollak the norn and Oule the asura.
Got proper scans of my recent GW2 doodles.
Lots of Melinoe because she’s super easy to draw; no armor, just robes.
Also featuring Orellanina the mushroom ranger, Oule the top-hat Asura, Menander the butterfly-salad, and Firden the ele-Charr
