Our Flag Means Death was cancelled
I am devastated and gut wrenched.
This show meant so much to me. It was about love, about friendship, about family. Growing up all I ever wanted, all I ever NEEDED, was a show like OFMD. Diverse, comforting. A story that I could always turn to.
Despite everything that has been happening, despite disagreements, despite budget cuts and cancellations, I'm sure we can all agree when I say that this brought so much to the word. It brought so much to me as a person.
It was a show that was real, that was genuine. Artistic and heartfelt.
That is, truly, what Our Flag means.
I want to thank the entire team, cast and crew. They did that for us. And it's something that can never be erased.
One last thought- with no guarantee that it will work, we can still try to save this show, like some have been before. Just get one, final season, as it was always intended.
