This bitch actually did something! She made progress!!!!! Isn't that exciting?
As of today, 12:41am on Monday 19 July 2021.
I have successfully completed the fist block of my debut novel!
I know, 1 block down, 7 more to go. It really isn't exciting in the grand scheme of things, but I lost hope in myself, lost hope in my ability and I lost hope in this project for a moment. but I picked myself up and dusted myself off and have set myself some goals.
If I can continue working at my current steady pace, I can hopefully have my manuscript finished by New Years, and ready to submit by February 2022.
This excites me more than anything in the world, the mere thought of making it one step closer to becoming a published author.
I know I'm still young, and that I have a long career ahead of me, but this is the start, and it's exciting.
