Summary:
It takes a specific kind of person to be an assassin. Alanna is just that kind, and she takes to it with great joy. What she didn't expect was to find a family along the way. She didn't expect Volrina, her childhood friend to come back into her life, see the truth of her, and refuse to leave. She also didn't expect to help save the world, but what else can you do when the person you care for most is gonna risk her life to do just that?
