That moment when the realisation hits Frisk that they no longer have their handy ghost pal who seemingly knows everything about everything down here. Though, they suppose it’s a nice change of pace to not be literally haunted the whole time. The thought of being babysat by an actual adult is totally not cool at all though, how will they get up to mischief like that?

Meanwhile, oh dear god that talking flower seemed a lot more terrifying than Iggy had expected it to be. It literally wanted his fucking soul! What the fuck?? Is it some kind of demonic entity disguised as a flower? Little does he know, he is about to receive the biggest jumpscare of his life at the first “save point”.

I do think that Frisk would come to like Genzou quite alot over their time of him being basically their babysitter 😂

1. Know I’m no genius for this(because carrot themselves pointed it out in a halloween post I think), but Genzou is similar in many ways to Sans, and since Sans is already basically Frisk’s “uncle”(ie not adoptively not biologically, kinda like how when you call your parents’ friends/your friends’ parents aunts and uncles etc) so I think they would come to vibe

2. Let’s just say Frisk has experience with getting awkward LGBTQ folk with their crushes(looking at you Alphyne + the royal guards) so I can imagine their silly ahh trying to advise Genzou on his situation with Iggy aswell

I actually think that Frisk would vibe with that weird older-than-actually-is ghost of Saydie a lot. Idk it just feels like they would get along, and besides, Frisk has experience with ghost children 🤷

Welp, it’s not like this is their first time up against a long-handled weapon wielding individual who’s killed children. But do we think Bucks would hesitate because they’re, well, ACTUALLY a child? Or would that just make her snap further into anger(since a trigger for her is, well, children, evidently)

Then, upon learning about Asgore(since he would likely learn about what Asgore did WAYY before meeting him), he’d probably turn to Chara completely terrified with a sense of foreboding deja-vu like: “…did he kill you.?”

And then they’re just like WTF??? no??? He’s my dad??? I mean yeah he killed the other kids but that’s because he kind of had to?? He’s trying his best??? Yeah he’s a bit of a coward but in the end he would’ve had to kill 7 humans anyway??? It’s all because of me anyway, if only the plan had succeeded…he wouldn’t have had to do this.

One of the loops/resets, Iggy wakes up on a patch of flowers instead. Pretty odd, and he has the sneaking suspicion he should be with Genzou but he’s nowhere to be found. He walks around for a bit, and then sees a talking flower. Huh. Well atleast that feels a little familiar

Somewhere else, Genzou wakes up yet again to the familiar sight of the plushie pile. But. Who is this child. What is a child doing here? …well actually that should make sense, but somehow it feels that someone else should be here instead. Moments later, he is holding the very determined child back from marching out and resolving the conflict between two rabbits outside the cottage. He doesn’t yet know why, but he has the horrible feeling that he shouldn’t let a child see what will happen next

(Not really sure where I want to take this so I guess I’ll just leave an open invitation to send me asks about it; I’ll develop on the idea that way since I don’t really have an idea on what to do with it, but I MIGHT also post about of of my own volition, too)

this has been on my mind but how do you think frisk would interact with some of the other cast lmao like what would the others think of this random kid just kinda being there and kinda vibing lmao.

Depends on the cast but, roughly, more or less

Iggy: unfortunately wouldn’t have the chance to interact(bc he’s in Undertale as simultaneously as Frisk is in ow)

Genzou: already mentioned in a post ill try to link it idk

Gidget: I think would actually go swimmimgly. Like the scenario would go by so much more smoothly and less traumatically purely because Iggy’s just not there to set Gidget off. There’s still like, going to be anger and denial but I think the very fact that Frisk themselves in enby would help Gidget come to their realisation faster :)

Orlam: I’m the most unsure about/would make the least impact. I think it would thwart his attempts to harm Genzou atleast a little because. Well as much as a little kooky Orlam becomes under the Wonderland’s influence I don’t think he would torture/kill a kid?? Or maybe he would, I can’t be sure since he is implied to be eating the villagers from the town near his castle, and we don’t know whether that includes the children too(though id like to think it doesnt). Best case scenario I can think of is him trying to simply offer Frisk a luxurious place to stay kinda like how he did with Iggy, but in this case it would be more just to get them away from+to forget Genzou so that he can torture and kill him in peace. The reason I came up with this idea is mostly because it would be like a twisted mirror of how Toriel tries to offer Frisk an idealistic place to stay aswell, also being (former) royalty

Bucks: be it pre or post Arc 5 transformation, I’m relatively sure Frisk could handle it? I mean ofc they would eventually because the power to reset and keep trying until things work but, they already dealt with Asgore who was pretty similar. Then again, Asgore didn’t actually want to kill them and moreso felt obligated to so things could be different in that aspect. As I mentioned in another post, Frisk being a kid would either work in their favour(making Bucks hesitate because 1. Literally a kid and 2. Already guilty from killing her own) or detriment(it is HIGHLY suggested in ow that Bucks’ anger issues get triggered by children, though perhaps since Frisk is often presented as a quiet sort of kid this would help their situation)

Jerry(Arc 5, atleast): knowing what is shown in-game, I think he’d be just a lil abrasive but I think his paternal side would win out on the account of Frisk being a kid. It would probably remind him of when the rest of the ow cast were kids on their first time in wonderland. Frisk would probably first be icked out hearing his name(undertale reference, if ykyk), but upon finding out he is literally a anthropomorphic fluffy bunny they would be DELIGHTED, because like, that’s how alot of the monsters in undertale look(like anthropomorphised animals), especially Toriel and Asgore who they consider adoptive parents so yeah :33 With him being similar to a royal guard I think that Frisk would have a very similar relationship to him as they do with like a mix of Undyne and Papyrus

Hunar: doesn’t appear in Wonderland so…probably for the best, actually. I think Frisk might remind him of Saydie :<

Cecil: ill be so honest idek. He doesn’t seem like the type to like children, but I dont think he HATES them. (Projecting lmao) I think he’s the type to try to be nice to kids while internally screaming because he just gets a little irked out and annoyed by them. I think he’d be like a weird mix of proud, glad, relieved but maybe just a lil jealous/befuddled that a literal kid got through to Gidget about their identity issues before he did lmao
