Well, this was longggg overdue, wasnât it? To start with, since ALOT of our information is there, please please PLEASE check out our pronouns.cc . We even included flag/term explanations where the image descriptions should be, which like yeah we know kind of shitty, but thereâs no other place for it on that site. So uh yeah. Uh fyi our bios and interests may be slightly outdated but because weâre in a bit of a depressive slump we donât feel right updating those
Also! Something we havenât yet found a flag for: the fact that we donât really identify with any names. Sure, we like some, we even have attachments to some, but no name so far has felt like. US, you know?
Anyway, we each have our own tags, which will be listed in the tags of this post also for easy access: #-Jester #-Mold #-Void #-Nemo #-Crow and #-Beast . This blog is honestly a free for all so I cannot tell you what exactly we post. But something to keep in mind is that Mold rarely posts on this blog, as they have their own sideblog that they share with Jester and wish to keep private/separate from this one. Some vents do occur on here, however, so be prepared for that. We donât really tag vents, but we do try to tag triggers whenever we remember.
If you want to avoid the large majority of vents AND/OR youâre squeamish, Iâd avoid Mold and Beastâs tags, block them even. Another thing to block is our #nsfw tag, as we ARE bodily 19 and WILL therefore post suggestive content sometimes, mostly in the form of jokes, but quite suggestive nontheless. If you have that tag blocked, this blog is aight for anyone 15+, but as we said in our old pinned, we arenât responsible for your unrestricted internet access!!
We do have SOME tag organisation aside from alter tags butâŠ.due to our fluctuating mental/physical stateâŠ..we donât update them regularly enough. One time we felt ambitious and started a tag system but that died pretty quickly. Who knows, maybe it will come back someday, but that day isnât soon. Also thank GOD for tumblr adding the filter for original posts on mobile because 1. We also struggled to update that often enough and 2. For some reason the tag worked. Weirdly. Like you have to type it out a specific way, with a space at the end and capitalised right. #Asherâs Ramblings <- you might want to try checking it out since it covers not only original posts but also any significant additions to a reblog in tags or otherwise so itâs not completely redundant? Sometimes when you interact with someone, you have an image of them in your head. For a lot of people, that is influenced by their profile picture. And if you wish to see me as a Garfield dressed up in yellow and red clown attire that is completely fine But!!! If you were curious as to what my internet sona looked like, then the closest I think I could get would be my Roblox avatar(Which also happens to be very close to the way Jester chooses to visualise themselves!):
Otherwise, we look a lot like what the avatars on our pronouns.cc look like! However we do wish to elaborate on SOME things in regards to our kin identities, so here:
Void: The main "kin" identities I identify with are "Voidkin" and "Shapeshifterkin". I am like the physical/metaphysical embodiment of, well, space, I guess? That is my "home", anyway. Where I come from. But sometimes I'm also part of it. Not to get too spiritual with it but I do believe in reincarnation in my own way, and I believe that being part of the "void", or just general "energy" floating around there is the in-between in which my soul resides in between lifetimes. While in the void/ inbetween lifetimes, I have access to memories of all my past lives and perspectives l've lived, as we're all one big collective, aware of each other. But alas, the human brain is unable to comprehend such eldritch nature and therefore, while in this body, all I get is deja vu and vague feelings, which influence both what I shapeshift into and what instincts/phantom limbs the body experiences. Oh I kin the concept of water, not literally physical water but the concept of it, and similarly Iâm a fictionkin of the concept of darkness in Deltarune. Fun
Beast: as stated in my pronouns.cc profile, I am a Feniject. This means that, while I am not LITERALLY a past life from Void, I am very much inspired by it and it is a part of my identity. Hence the similarities visually. My avatar isnât wholly accurate since I shapeshift into many forms, but all of them are sort of wolf-like in nature. Sometimes Iâm more literally just wolf, sometimes Iâm more humanoid. It depends. Also sometimes I have tentacles like void that I use for killing because our fuckass fleeting utmv interest back then
Crow: And Iâm Fenigenic! This means that, unlike Beast, I literally AM a soul from a past lifetime within Voidâs collective. However much like void there is a sort of barrier that prevents me from fully remembering my past life, only hunches. Iâm a harpy, or atleast thatâs the closest term in this reality that fits? Iâm a humanoid covered in black feathers, and I have a mix of different corvids when it comes to my behaviour. I do have arms!! And hands!! Theyâre just directly connected to my wings. That and I have talons -w-
Nemo: sometimes I take the form of my child self, sometimes Iâm literally just! An otter! Sometimes something in between. Sometimes even a weird merpersonlike thing. But my Otterkin identity is very specific. You see, we in no way support the keeping of otters as pets in this reality! But! Due to the multiversal nature of our spirituality, an âotterâ is just the closest thing to the past life that Iâm connected to. Much like all past lives we donât recall it completely, but I know for sure that no specific species of otter quite fits what I am. I suspect that there were other species of otter where Iâm from. That and also where Iâm from otters WERE kept as pets/in zoos! Somehow? Idk! But I do remember a quite pet-like existence, I remember interacting and getting pet by humans, and I remember performing in an exhibit. And I know in this reality thatâs considered wrong and abusive but. Idk. That feels like all Iâve known. And I donât remember that feeling bad.
Mold: two forms. One is how I feel physically, you know, corpse, decaying, zombie. Second doesnât really have a form. Thatâs kind of the whole point of it? No body. Can be digital too. Yeah. Oh yeah Iâm also domestic cat hearted and pet regress sometimes
Oh right and stances! We are pro-endogenic, but we arenât against anti-endogenics on principle. We mass block users of their tags periodically mostly curtesy of Beast being protective and not wanting us to see something upsetting, but we hold the belief that they are just misinformed and/or had bad experiences with endogenics(which hey, we can relate to. The idea of hating a group of people because someone that traumatised us was a part of it. For us this was people with NPD. It took us a while to unlearn that hatred and aversion and separate the abuse from the disorder, hence our sympathy to people in that same process). Oh yeah and terfs fuck off. Lmk if I missed anything
We donât really claim a one-word stance of the terms proship and anti. They are very polarised stances and donât reflect the nuances which we see when it comes to media and shipping. So let me take you through the three tier system of our attitudes towards this kind of thing.
Tier 1: things weâre alright with and honestly donât see the problem with. This includes generally healthy pairings, though I guess one thing that we personally see as okay that some people?? Might not?? Is romantically shipping minor x minor. Donât act like underage people donât get crushes. This is fine. Itâs on you if youâre making it weird. That being said Iâm uncomfortable with seeing sxal minor x minor
Tier 2: ~Nuance Zone~ Basically things that we arenât actively against but donât exactly feel comfortable with. Stuff like ceeencee or otherwise fantasies since we know that like. Fantasy/fiction =/= action. So stuff like toxic and unhealthy ships go here. Yandere stuff, bully x victim(though this one in particular is especially a touchy subject for us), codependency, non-age related power imbalances, stuff like that. Basically if itâs not in Tier 3 this is probably how we feel about it. EXCEPT for when you ship these circumstances with real people. That falls into tier 3, weâre only okay with these things when it comes to fiction/fantasy.
Tier 3: instant block/my view on you as a person is VERY squicked. Stuff Iâm against. ANYTHING sxalising minors, YES even IF you age them up. Yucky. Same goes for minor adult shipping. Whyyyyyy. Also my definition of the above DOES go into age-related power imbalances. Obv this is very nuanced but I donât really support anyone under 25 being with anyone above like 30. Itâs not about the age gap itâs about the maturity gap and it always feels like the younger person is being taken advantage of sorry. Also SA victim x abuser. And Incst. Before I finish this section I want to clarify that I am against witch-hunting people and aware that some who fall into this category due it as a trauma response etc. these are just my personal views, not a call to action
